Spring Farm Tour (May 1st through July 30th) price is $5.00 per student.
Fall Farm Tour (August 1st through October 30th) price is $5.00 & $7.00 per student.

Directions for use:
1. Fill out the attached form
2. Select the "Submit" button in the upper right-hand corner
3. If you don't have electronic signature, you can sign the form upon arrival.

If you don't have Outlook or Outlook Express set as your mail editor, you may be prompted for the following:
1. The form will give you three sending options, select "Internet Email" and "OK"
2. Click "Save PDF File" under Step 1 and specify a location for the file and click "Save"
3. Log into your web-based email service and create a new, blank email message.
4. Copy the information in the "Sending the PDF File" dialog box in Adobe Acrobat according to the directions (Step 2).
5. Attach your completed application to your email message and send!
